1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and easycuci ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the easycuci website at easycuci.win, including all services, features, content, and products offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the easycuci Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet, wager, or game transaction, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to, and are to be read in conjunction with, the easycuci Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you are eligible to use the easycuci Platform only if:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with easycuci or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You do not have an existing active account on the easycuci Platform (one account per person strictly enforced);
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of easycuci or its affiliated technology or gaming providers.

easycuci reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access any real-money betting, casino, or gaming feature on easycuci, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred username.

3.2 One Account Policy

easycuci enforces a strict one account per person policy. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, identity documents, IP address, device, or household — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited at easycuci's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. easycuci will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify easycuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. easycuci shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to easycuci during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate and truthful. Any material misrepresentation, including false name, false date of birth, or false contact details, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

easycuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except USDT deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

4.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your easycuci account balance instantly upon confirmation. Online banking transfers typically credit within 5–15 minutes. USDT deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. easycuci shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and compliance checks. easycuci reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. Processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

easycuci operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Platform may conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational gambling activity. easycuci reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General

All bets placed on the easycuci Sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules published within the Platform for each sport and market. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as interpreted by easycuci's trading team shall be final and binding.

5.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void by easycuci in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the permitted timeframe; manifest error in the odds published (palpable error); or evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns in the relevant market. Voided bets are refunded at stake.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. easycuci reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any member at any time without notice, particularly where patterns of arbitrage, bonus abuse, or advantage play are identified.

5.4 Live Betting

In-play markets are subject to suspension during periods of high-probability match events (goals, red cards, etc.). Bets accepted before a suspension are settled based on the odds at the time of confirmed acceptance. easycuci is not liable for system delays that result in odds acceptance at a price different from that displayed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by easycuci are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. The following general principles apply to all easycuci bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• easycuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated play to exploit promotional terms — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings;
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the easycuci Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Using the Platform if under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of events, or collusion with other parties;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical system to place bets;
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or technical bugs to obtain a financial advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or scalping in a manner inconsistent with recreational use;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing easycuci staff or other members through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the easycuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of easycuci or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the easycuci Platform without prior written consent from easycuci. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, easycuci and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or third-party system outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable account security;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that contain errors or omissions.

Gambling involves risk. easycuci does not guarantee any financial outcome from participation in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. You participate entirely at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by easycuci

easycuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; fraudulent activity is detected; AML verification requirements are not satisfied; or at easycuci's reasonable operational discretion.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your easycuci account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes may do so through the account settings or by contacting customer support. 11. Responsible Gaming

easycuci supports responsible gambling and recognises that for a small proportion of people, gambling can become problematic. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps;
• Session time limits — automatic session reminders and timeouts;
• Reality check notifications — periodic on-screen reminders of time and net spend;
• Self-exclusion — temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform;
• Account cooling-off periods — short-term breaks without full closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

easycuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, easycuci will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the general principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the easycuci Platform, you agree to first contact easycuci customer support to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authority under the applicable gaming regulatory framework. easycuci's decisions on matters of bet settlement, account administration, and bonus eligibility — made in good faith pursuant to these Terms — are final and binding.
