Bonus Terms Explained
Before you claim any promotion, understand these key terms so there are no surprises when you withdraw.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount (sometimes bonus + deposit) before you can make a withdrawal. A 10x rollover on a RM 300 bonus means you must wager RM 3,000 total. A 20x requirement means RM 6,000 in bets. The lower the multiplier, the more player-friendly the bonus.
Example: easycuci welcome bonus is 15x — claim RM 500 bonus, wager RM 7,500 before cashout.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When you have an active bonus, your maximum bet per spin or round is capped — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Placing bets above this limit while using bonus funds can result in bonus forfeiture. Always check the cap before playing high-stakes rounds.

Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% — every RM 1 wagered counts as RM 1 toward the rollover. Table games and live dealer games usually contribute only 10–20%, meaning it takes much longer to clear a bonus playing blackjack than slots.
Example: RM 1,000 bet on slots = RM 1,000 rollover credit; same RM 1,000 on baccarat = RM 150 credit (15%).
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses are not valid indefinitely. Most easycuci promotions expire after 7, 14, or 30 days from the date they are activated or credited. Any unmet wagering requirement or unused bonus funds after expiry are forfeited automatically by the system.
Example: Claim bonus on 1 June → must complete wagering by 30 June (30-day window).
Sticky vs Non-sticky Bonus
A non-sticky bonus is separate from your real money — real funds are used first, and the bonus is a reserve. A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently but cannot itself be withdrawn; only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out once wagering is met.
Example: Sticky RM 200 bonus — you can withdraw RM 450 in winnings but not the original RM 200 bonus amount.
Maximum Cash-out
Some bonuses cap how much profit you can withdraw from bonus-derived play. If a bonus has a 5x max cash-out and you claimed RM 100 bonus, the maximum you can withdraw from that promotion is RM 500 — even if your balance is higher.
Example: RM 100 bonus with 5x max cash-out = RM 500 maximum withdrawable from that bonus.
